The one-page plan

How paying works

This is what you agree to before the first payment. Written to be read in two minutes. Prices here are in pounds; see them in your currency.

Two ways to pay

Monthly: nothing upfront, one price that covers the site, hosting and edits. Pay once: own the site outright, then a small monthly care plan. Monthly is cheaper for the first year; owning is cheaper after that.

Monthly

SiteMonthlySix-month minimumBuy it after six monthsBuy it after a year
One page£89£534£600£300
Up to five pages£129£774£850£425
Up to ten pages£199£1,194£1,500£750
  • Paid monthly by Direct Debit or card, from the day the site goes live. Nothing is paid before that.
  • Six-month minimum from the day the site goes live. That covers the build. After that it rolls monthly: cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
  • After two years on monthly, the site is yours for nothing, and you can stay on the care plan or take it anywhere.
  • 30-day guarantee: if you're not happy in the first month, say so, the site comes down and you owe nothing more.
  • Custom sites and online shops have a twelve-month minimum, and the buyout price is agreed with the quote.

SiteTo own itCare plan
One page£795£25 a month (1 small edit a month)
Up to five pages£1,195£35 a month (2 small edits a month)
Up to ten pages£1,995£50 a month (up to an hour of edits a month)
  • Half when you say go, half when the site is live. If that's a stretch, it can be split into three.
  • The care plan covers hosting, security, backups, the edits listed above and your Google Business Profile. Or hosting only, no edits, for £15 a month.
  • The site is yours from the day it's paid for.

What's yours

  • Your domain name is registered in your name from day one. It is always yours, whatever happens.
  • Your photos, your reviews, your words: yours.
  • On monthly, the site itself is mine until you buy it. If you stop, it comes down.

What's included on monthly

  • Hosting, security and backups.
  • Small edits whenever you need them: text, photos, prices, services, holiday notices.
  • Your Google Business Profile set up or tidied, with the site linked.
  • A short monthly note with how many people tapped the call button.
  • Me, directly, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What isn't

  • A guaranteed position on Google. Nobody honest can promise that.
  • Paid advertising. If you want Google Ads run, that's a separate conversation.
  • Photography. Phone photos of your work are usually fine; if you want a proper shoot I can point you at someone local.
  • The domain itself, about £10 a year, which I sort for you.

Tax

I'm not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on top. Outside the UK, prices are in your currency with nothing added.

What I need from you

  • Any registration numbers you want shown (Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAPIT, MCS and so on). I check them against the register before they go on the page.
  • A few photos of your work or your van.
  • Ten minutes to tell me anything you'd change on the preview.
